Our Story

From a single kids party in Karen to Nairobi's go-to event company

In 2018, we set up our first kids' birthday party in a small back garden in Karen — three balloon arches, a bouncing castle and twelve over-excited five-year-olds. Word travelled fast. Within months we were juggling three weekends ahead.

By 2021 we'd outgrown a converted garage and opened our current workshop and yard. Today our fleet includes 50+ tents, 2,000+ chairs, full AV and lighting rigs, and a balloon studio that handles 40+ installations per month.

What hasn't changed: every booking is still handled personally. We show up early, set up properly, and we clean up after — so you never have to think about logistics on your big day.

What does a typical event hire cost?

Single items start from KES 800/day (Tiffany chair). Full kids party setups start at KES 35,000. Corporate event packages typically range KES 80,000 – KES 500,000 depending on scale, tent size and décor complexity.

How do I book?

Most clients book directly through our website — browse the catalogue, add items to your quote and submit. We respond same day with a fixed quote. WhatsApp (+254 792 788 442) is also available if you prefer. A 50% deposit confirms your date — final balance is due 24 hours before the event.

Do you set up and dismantle?

Yes — every booking includes delivery, professional setup at your venue, and collection after the event at no extra charge within Nairobi.

What payment methods do you accept?

M-PESA Paybill, bank transfer (KCB, Equity, Cooperative Bank) and cash. We issue an official receipt and signed delivery note for every booking.
